Hi, I'm Jenny, I'm twenty three, I mostly live in Cardiff where I am a biology student, that is when I'm not at home in Switzerland getting my fix of pretty mountains and a working transport system.

I got into science quite late, and wish I could say it all fascinated me as a kid but I think I must have been walking around with my eyes closed because it really didn't hit me until a few years ago that wow, this is what I want to do. I pretty much turned into a science geek over night, although I have to admit I think my brain attempts to go into hiding when it hears the word 'physics'.

I'm an atheist, a skeptic and a secular humanist.

Some random things I am into: beer, complaining a lot, sleeping, squealing over David Attenborough documentaries, increasing my book collection, having a jolly good rant.

Some random things I don't like: phones, 9am lectures, people who are bigots, 'faith', not getting any sleep and people who prevent me from getting any sleep.
